"I got this item after a vehicle suddenly emerged from a blind spot that I had not realized was there, on the driver's side, nearly hitting my car. With this mirror in place on the driver's side, that area is now covered, and I have a better view of what's happening in several adjacent lanes on the driver's side, and not just the one lane that is immediately adjacent." - Robert L., CA

Bought these for my Chevy Tracker because limited visibility to the rear. I wanted to keep all the stock mirror area while adding convex "blind spot" mirrors. I really like the build quality, and the mounting system is very robust. I added a small strip of double stick tape just for insurance. Installed for two months now. Very satisfied.
Just what I was looking for to eliminate blind spots in my 2012 Ford Focus "jelly bean" which has very poor rear quarter visibility. I spent some time trying to decide if I wanted to mount on top, side or bottom of mirror -- very nice mounting system allows flexibility in mounting location, yet is super secure in all spots. Ended up with both on top. Passenger side even allows viewing curb when parallel parking so you can hug curb perfectly without scuffing tires.
Bought for my husband's new truck. He loves it. I gave the extra to my son for his truck. I have been using one on my car for years. It is very helpful when driving frequently and for long periods.
Ended up getting four of these - my car, wife's car, wheelchair van I use for my daughter, and for my son. Wouldn't drive without it.
Gave these to my father. His Toyota FJ Cruiser OEM mirrors are horrible with the blind spots and these work great! Very easy to install.
We have them on are 2015 RAV 4 AND ON A 2009 LINCON MKX THEY WORK GREAT. MAKES DRIVING SAFER!
These mirrors eliminate the blind spots on both sides of your car. As I get older, I find it harder and harder to crane my neck around to check fr autos. They are a little gaudy, but I get more and more used to them every day. If you have problems with blind spots, I recommend this solution!

I drive a Dodge Ram pickup, and these mirrors, mounted on top of my side mirrors do a great job of eliminating the blind spot on either side created by the door posts.
I bought six of these for my vehicles. They do a good job of eliminating the blind spot for a variety of cars and trucks. I have vehicles ranging from a Toyota Camry up to a full size SUV. I drive in city traffic on my work commute and I can vouch for these mirrors saving me from several fender benders already. They mount cleanly, easily, and look as neat as original equipment on the cars. The design helps protect the mirror from snow and ice. Great product!
It does what I wanted - eliminates the driver side blind spot.
Also, I wanted to mount it on the bottom of the mirror rather than the top.
I've uploaded a photo where you can see it mounted on the bottom of my driver-side mirror of my 2000 Honda CR-V.
Note that in the regular mirror you can see the red car, but cannot see the car in front of it - this would be a safety hazard!
In the wide-angle mirror you can see that there is a car in front of the red car.
This little mirror is great. I have a bad blind spot on my car. It is'nt that large but some drivers seem to find it and then drive in it for miles! Anyway, after having two close calls on one trip recently I decided I'd better get one. It has been great. I don't have to twist around to see if theres yet another idiot riding in my blind spot. It was well worth $20.00 to me as I expect it will save me from a fender bender some day.
