"Well, this works. A little too well. We knew we had a fly problem (thanks to new neighbors that have questionable horse care practices) But, WOW did we REALLY have a fly problem. The first day, this caught a few flies, but what happened over the following week was simply unbelievable. The more flies that got stuck in it, the more flies it seemed to attract. By day 4 there were so many flies that the entire bag was BLACK. My husband walked up and took a look and said.."That's pure Hell in a bag right there." - Kimberly G., CA

This fly trap is killing TONS of flies in our barn! We decided to put this up just a few steps away from the barn because we want to keep our cattles and other livestock healthy. Some of our livestock get sick during summer because of the high population of flies. Thanks to this fly trap our livestock, especially our cattles are healthier and we have Better Production Rate. I'm so IMPRESSED with this product!
These things work!!! The farm where I work at is infested with flies. They swarm everywhere, it's completely disgusting. We've killed hundreds and hundreds with fly swatters, we built screen doors for our building, but nothing was stemming the tide. So I ordered a couple of these and hung them up last night before I went home for the day. I came back this morning to find clouds of flies swarming around them almost fighting each other to be the first in the funnel.
So within 24 hours, there are already enough dead flies in the trap that the living are walking on a solid mass of the floating corpses of the dead. I'm glad I was able to get the buy 1 get 1 promo. I had just replaced the first trap a few hours before writing this review. I will be ordering more soon!

This is the second time I purchased this product. I have an outside dog and like to keep the flies from around her food bowl and this works great. Thanks!
We live in a dry climate and have chickens. Flies love their poop. Other styles and types of fly traps just don't seem to catch the flies as well as this. This version of the fly trap is the best for our needs.
Holy cow does this thing work great!!! We like to sit on our deck a lot, and we were starting to get some annoying flies, and a few in the house. Nothing really bad.... At least I didn't think it was bad. Bought one of these bags, hung it up in our backyard and 5 min later had flies, cool.... Hour later had dozens (didn't even think I had that many around), next day had hundreds. I have never seen anything work so well. Super effective!
Worked like a charm!!! Simple to use, hang and forget about until full.
I live in West Texas having moved here from California a few years back. West Texas has a LOT of flies! This product is great, lasts for about two weeks and then you just bag it and trash it. I had just hung this new bag and it has already attracted a fly and a few small insects!
These work extremely well, trapping hundreds if not thousands of flies that otherwise would be all over the patio and any surface they can land on. We live out in farm country and there are stockyards within 20 miles and lots of horses nearby, which may account for the source of so many flies. Simple to use.
Once the water evaporates, all the flies are dead or trapped: you collapse the entry cone and throw them into the trash. The added advantage is that none of them are where they can mate and lay eggs for more flies.
Bought this because I have a garden patch that had attracted a lot of flies. (Who knows why?) Hung the trap on a branch of a tree close by. The first couple of days, not much -- 6 flies, a dozen. But as it warmed up it started to hum. Seriously sometimes there are fifty flies inside, flying around and waiting to join their mates in the sea of dead flies -- after three days about half an inch thick on the surface of the water/attractant. Don't know what's in that but it seems irresistible to flies.
If you watch for a few minutes you will see new flies landing and going in, never to come out again This did pick up a few mosquitoes in the beginning but i don't know if it still does because you couldn't see something as small as a mosquito among the dead flies.
Love these fly traps as they are easy to set up and easy to dispose. Price is great too. Works so well so I have nothing but praise for this product.
This works excellent. We have a restaurant and put them by the back door and all around the dumpster and it is amazing how many thousands of flies it contains when we check them a couple of days later. I will definitely order them again.
Love these for fly filled Texas springs and summers! We use ours in the back corner of our yard to catch all the flies that come to our chicken coop and we don't know what we'd do without these! A real life saver!
This really does work. We keep it about 15 feet away from our deck, and the deck stays free of flies. Another benefit-when we open the door to the deck we don't get flies in the house because they're all trapped in the fly trap.
Have used these fly trap bags for years. They work. Period. Just fill with water, hang away from house or garage, and fly problems are solved. Even living out on 12 acres in the country near cattle farms. No more Flys near the house.
4 days after we hung up 4 of these traps, 2 were completely full of dead flies! We have a one-acre property with 2 dogs,2 cats, 4 chickens and 2 ducks. Plus we have a compost pile and fertilize the flowers and vegetables regularly. All things that flies love! We can't stand how many flies are everywhere and needed to do something about it for our health, sanity, and the health of our animals.
There are hardly any flies left in the coop and I'm ordering a bunch more ASAP! I'm going to hang them everywhere I see a fly!
Disgustingly effective! Lol! I definetely would buy again and worth every penny! Good deal.
This does exactly what it's supposed to do. It kills flies. They are inexorably drawn to their deaths, and it's glorious. Fly problem solved!
They really work to keep the fly population down. Fill to the marked line with water and hang it up somewhere where flies visit (We hung ours on a nail on a fence out by the outdoor trash bins.). As the days pass, the solid bait dissolves and the odors start to emanate from the trap.
Watch as the flies pour in. They cannot resist the stink of whatever is in the water. They crawl in through the cap and can’t escape, eventually falling into the water and drowning. Corpses of flies started piling up on the surface after a week.
I have gotten the biggest kick out of this product. Catches flies like crazy. In less than a WEEK the bag was FULL. I think you need to find just the right place to put it. Mine is right outside of my breezeway by the garage. Sun hits there from sunrise until after 3 pm. I don't know how far away they can sense this thing but I have not had a single fly in my house after hanging it up. After two hours there were so many flies trying to get in it. I was amazed how quick it attracted the flies.
The price on these is pretty fair. I got the BOGO. Finally...a product that does what it says. Easy to set up and easy to dispose of. THANK YOU for making our yard and house more pleasant without the flies!
